They took a lot of time, to help us figure out how to set up the luggage deliveries to the airport. The room was snug, but comfortable. being able to do laundry in our room was a huge lifesaver/perk! The tvs have streaming services, which was great. The hotel also had free WiFi. There’s free coffee downstairs, too. The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the JR. also very close to a luxury mall. We frequented the convenience store around the corner, and there were a few restaurants nearby too.
