I love the bathroom amenities, L’Occitane. It’s not just the toiletries, they provide daytime and night to skin care everyday, too They also provided pajamas and replaced what was worn daily. I also enjoyed the bidet. The only thing that could have been improved is the mattress, they were too firm. I also loved the club lounge. The breakfast and dinner options at the lounge were delicious. We felt spoiled at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand. I didn’t want to leave.

The Keio Plaza Hotel is perfectly located near the Shinjuku train station across from the landmark Government Building. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The restaurants are excellent and the breakfast buffet offers a very large selection and is delicious.

The Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand was magnificent! The service was off the charts. The views from the 45th-floor restaurant were spectacular, matching the amazing breakfast they serve.
