The staff are super friendly and speak great English as well. The hotel is in a perfect area to enjoy shinjuku and has access to food and subway stations within 3 minutes. The breakfast in the morning is great as well. I recommend the suite rooms as there is plenty of space to enjoy and lots of little things that make a difference. Book this hotel and you will be happy. We left our luggage at 1 pm, went for lunch and to pick up previously ordered items, returned to check in around 6 pm and were offered a free upgrade to a suite which was amazing. And the food/drink in the lounge on 45th floor was so good and plentiful we did not need to go out for dinner. Followed by a final drink in the other lounge.
