We had a good stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji! The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. Loved the location, right beside Tsukiji Fish Market and only a 15-minute walk to the main Ginza shopping area. Super convenient for exploring Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location if you plan to visit Tsukiji Market. The room was small but it was so thoughtfully designed, and the in unit laundry was such a boon midway through our trip. We paid for breakfast, but it didn’t really sit well with us, however that’s just our opinion. With the market proximity, we think it’s worth eating out or maybe have something in the fridge for the morning. Totally would recommend this place.

Everything about this hotel is way above our expectation. It was a superb stay from employees in the lobby through all the concierge were all helpful. Hitel room is very clean you have your own washer and dryer, clean bathrooms and toilet bowls. All your personal needs are all there to grab two thumbs up.

Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice and had more space than most hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The washer/dryer was a big reason why we booked this stay and it was great! The free coffee in the refresh area was nice as well. Would stay here again. It may seem a bit far from the busy areas of Tokyo like Shinjuku or Shibuya, but there are many train lines and I liked how this got us away from the super populated areas. A con would be it's not as convenient to shop and then go drop stuff off at the hotel right after, but with good itinerary planning you'll be fine.

Such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very try attentive staff and super helpful and friendly. Their washer dryer unit worked perfectly well for me. They don’t clean every day but wasn’t very necessary for me because I’d like to have one day where I can be in my room without the chance I might run into maintenance. Will stay here again. Very responsive as well on Expedia and their contact link via email. Thank you for treating me well. I will be coming back next year!
