As hotels go we got what we were expecting as we went there on a fairly low budget. The rooms were small with no chairs, and in my case, a toilet with no door and loo brush, even though ensuite. There were clean towels and bed linen however. That said, all was compact, neat and clean and tidy with ...
Fantastic space and facilities, perfect for the whole family. It made it a great location for meeting up with good friends.
Excellent staff, especially whilst they are learning their trade.
The room was very clean, so overall, this is my main requirement. After that, the bathroom appliances were old and scrappy. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the room was really cold. The heating alternated from cosy to cold throughout my stay. Thankfully, I was not in the room for long. Great ...
The view from the room is awesome, facing the dock side is fantastic And the room environment is also good, especially the disabled toilet, so considering Just have one comment, it would be best if they can provide slipper
The staff were awesome especially a lady called Becky Hird on reception and also another lady called Lydia who did room service to my daughters room. They are a credit to the hotel for what they did.
Great locatiin walkable to Albert Dock and Town. One downside room was too cold and no way to adjust.
The property was in a good location right in the centre of Liverpool close to all amenities. The bar and restaurant area are really nice and rooms are very comfortable good value for money location
