Told staff prior to my stay that i needed to change dates. They said i had to do it online, but every single date said fully booked. So i contacted hotel yet again and i was asked to supply several dates and they would get back to me. But they never did. So i contacted the hotel again and was told their was nothing they could do and that i was down to expedia. So ended up losing my money. I will never ever think about using Staycity again.

Lovely hotel in a great location - the perfect base for exploring Liverpool! The room was comfortable and spacious, exactly as advertised, and it was clear the hotel are making every effort to be as COVID-safe as possible.
