"Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."

"The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"Absolutely fantastic location and a ridiculously awesome apartment. The only negatives were the single glazing and the 430am awaking of bottle collection then the 530am deliveries. I can see how it would be noisy from Thursday to Sunday stays but for the midweek it was fine. Clear window and just blinds in the bathroom could give the neighbours a fright or a thrill depending on their outlook and your gym routine... 😅"
