Very clean, Definitely go there again. Excellent for Liverpool1 and the Albert Dock.
Fab location, very central but quiet enough to sleep
The room was very clean, so overall, this is my main requirement. After that, the bathroom appliances were old and scrappy. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the room was really cold. The heating alternated from cosy to cold throughout my stay. Thankfully, I was not in the room for long. Great ...
loved our stay at this hotel..the staff were execptional, breakfast beautiful & the room fantastic....thankyou
Everything was great but the mattress on the bed was rather old and one can feel the springs poking onto your back when you sleep...
The lobby area and hallways were dirty and dated. The hotel location was next door to the train station and bus stop, but there was no security for allowing anyone access to the upper floors. The room itself was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
Great stay. Fabulous location. While it is a bit pricey I would definitely stay there again.
Nice hotel in the heart of Liverpool shopping and nightlife. Hard to get to with a car and hard to find parking.
Really great hotel, nice rooms, Beatles memorabilia all the way around, you will enjoy your time there. Can be noisy on weekends, ask for rooms not facing Matthew Street if you want a more quiet place.
The Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool is an ultra-modern convention centre on the old Kings Dock in Liverpool city centre. Opened in 2008, the building was designed by Buro Happold and Wilkinson Eyre and is a popular venue for conventions throughout the year, including The UK Radiological Congress and the Leaders in Healthcare convention. Delegates attending conventions or events here will find a good range of hotels to choose from in the area, including independent hotels, spa hotels, serviced apartments and even a Beatles-themed hotel, for fans of the Fab Four.
Business hotels within walking distance of the ACC offer a range of amenities. It's just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of the city centre, and with express check-in and dry cleaning/laundry services available at most hotels, you won't need to worry if you've packed light. Other amenities on offer include free WiFi, room service and conference spaces/meeting rooms, so you can catch up on work or hold client meetings after your convention.
Your business trip doesn't have to be all about attending conventions and meeting clients. You are allowed to relax and have fun too, and where better to head than The Wirral, just a 25-minute drive from the city centre. Here you'll find a number of green spaces as well as some great walking trails, and the opportunity to try watersports at New Brighton. Back in the city centre, you can treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of the city's gastro-pubs, or enjoy panoramic views over Liverpool's skyline from Panoramic 34, located on the 34th floor of West Tower. Choose to stay at a spa hotel and you can even relax with a massage or spa treatment after a busy day at a convention.
Those visiting Liverpool on business will find the hotels here are well equipped to cater for their needs. Free WiFi is on offer at most hotels, and there's usually the option to pay to upgrade to high-speed WiFi, if you need to, whilst amenities such as 24-hour room service and dry cleaning services will come in handy after a busy day.
