"Hinge on loo seat broken causing it to move around when sat on; Stains on bath towel; No power socket or lighting near mirror. Furniture/decor mismatched but pleasant enough and functional. Bed and bedding very clean and comfortable! Staff very friendly and helpful 🙂 Nice pub with paved beer garden prettily lit at night with plenty of seating. 10/10 Excellent
"Just spent a long weekend at Dizzy Heights with my husband, my Mum and Step-father and our daughters and their families. There were 10 of us in total, ranging from 15 months old to over 80. We were staying in Swanage for a family wedding. The information and communication we had prior to arriving was really helpful and everything was exactly as described, as well as being clean and ready for our arrival. There was a lovely welcome basket of goodies that was appreciated as well as toiletries in each of the 4 bathrooms. The WiFi was really easy to log onto and worked throughout the house. The view from the top floor front bedroom was spectacular and the house is really well appointed with regards to getting into the town and the beach.I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone with a large family or extended family as it was perfect and plenty of space for 10 of us."

"The receptionist was lovely and we felt very welcomed and informed on arrival. We stayed in a superior room with sea view, the room was clean but could do with a few extras to make it feel more comfortable. For example a headboard for the bed, a higher table for the chairs so that you could eat at and a small fridge would have been useful. Overall, we had a lovely stay, brilliant sea views, location was lovely and a short walk along the sea to the town and we would return!"
