An amazing position on the cliff looking over the bay at Swanage meant it was well worth having a sea view room. The room was small and a little dated, the bed desperately needs replacing being very soft, saggy and lumpy. The public areas of the hotel were all comfortable, pleasant and in good repair. The gardens were easily accessable with lots of chairs and tables. Direct access to the beach, and then along to the town centre, is down a lot of steps but it is easy to walk back via the road to save the steep climb on return. Staff were all efficient and very pleasant therefore we had a very pleasant stay.
