"Lovely hotel nestled in a very quiet location right next to Richmond Park, with easy access to Isabella plantation. We really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms in good condition with recently renovated bathrooms. Only small comment is regarding the poolside changing rooms which are really in need or renovating. "

"The hotel is well located and a pleasant walk into Richmond. Our ‘superior’ room was well decorated but very small with very limited storage space - no drawers and limited hanging space. We had to ask for a table to be removed from the room so had space to lay our standard sized case, given there was no where to unpack our things. We didn’t eat in the hotel as breakfast was very expensive and there were plenty of other options in Richmond. A pleasant stay but not sure I would choose it again."
