"It was a good stay. However, I'm disappointed that you need to pay for the parking even though it's already an expensive hotel. Also, there's nothing you can do outside."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel parking was convenient and adjacent to the park entrance. However the decor was quite tired across the hotel and in our room. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and water marks on the bathroom floor. Overall a pleasant overnight stay."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at The White Hart. We're from the US, and so our review is based on the perspective of what is standard here in the US. The family room was fine, a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed for our teenage daughter. AC was a window unit, and a bit finnicky, it would turn off but not turn back on, and it would get a little hot and we would manually restart even though it was on auto. The included breakfast was great, and the dinner menu was good. The only other gripe, we had our room serviced daily at our request for the 4 days, and each day, something was missed and we would have to ask, and then they would quickly bring it. We had no hand soap one day, no towels another day, no toilet paper a third day. First world problem, but slightly frustrating. We would stay here again, and the overall price was reasonable."

"The staff were all very helpful, we had our 7 year old grandson with us and the staff made a fuss of him to, breakfast and evening meals all great. The only slight downside was the room service element where we didn't have enough bath towels, 1 between 3 and even when requested the best that could be provide were a few extra hand towels. Similarly milk for the room tea and coffee not replaced until asked for. But apart from that I'm sure we'll stay again."

"I stayed at the Mitre several times during my visit to England. Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. Professional, kind, thoughtful, helpful and welcoming. Special shoutout to Ashley, Sabrina, Alina and Blaze - thank you. Good to know - Air conditioning units were being installed in some of the bedrooms as I left!!"

"Met with very rude reception staff, assumed manager as he carried on his staff training for 5 mins whilst ignoring we were stood waiting to check in. Ordered food and got £20 dry chicken and chips. Although rooms appear nice and refurbished woke up with what seems 2 bites on feet. Very odd place and not the feel of a crown plaza at all. Very unprofessional and random in most aspects."
