I highly recommend this property..! The apartment was beautiful, high class finish, immaculately clean and more than you wish for.. Simon was very helpful and generous, with great communication and care. We only stayed for one night, but we could have easily stayed for many more in this apartment with everything you could possibly want or need. Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Always a brilliant stay at The Standard. Convenient location for both transport and easy to also walk to anywhere central.

After spending 3 nights in a 4.4 Expedia rated hotel in Kensington where we greeted with unchanged bed sheets, stained matresses, and more, we left and went to the Andaz. Here, you can shower well, the beds are immaculate and there is a tube station right next to the hotel. This is definetively where we will stay next time. Thank you, Andaz!

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect location for transport. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I wish the room was a little bit bigger and the shower was a power shower, having said that loved having a kitchenette. Will definitely be staying again.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay vey much. The hotel is well located near the Russle Square underground station which directly connects to Heathrow airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfort. Everything worked as expected in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
