"We had a nice stay at the Hyatt before our flight. It is very close to the airport and the rental car return. Check in was fast. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. They had parking for my car (for a fee). Breakfast was laid out nice and had a nice assortment. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel at Heathrow. "

The hotel is at a walking distance from Saint Pancras train station, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet in general, close to many restaurants and cafés. Regarding the room, it is small but well maintained, very convenient for a short stay. The bed is comfortable and the sheets clean. A couple of cons: - The building does not have elevator hence you must be prepared to use the stairs or request a room in the ground floor. - The bathroom of the standard room is quite small which may result inconvenient for tall people. I travelled with my wife and will certainly book it again in the future."
