The room very well-proportioned and the hotel itself just very peaceful. It's got that sort of '90s American hotel charm about it, but what it lacks in modern decor, it makes up for in terms of space and comfort. "

"Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything. Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there). Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...
