"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Parking was an extra charge but was right outside the hotel. There was an additional charge and you pay on an app either at carpark or in hotel. We were met warmly by Andy the Manager and his team. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was good. Additional beverage sachets were available in reception if required. Breakfast was of a good quality and was topped up constantly at the servery area. Macdonalds is a 2 minute walk away and...

"Lovely clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Whilst Fridays meal in the restaurant was excellent , we were disappointed with the Sunday night menu. Only Sunday lunch type meals or Fish and chips. Had to go somewhere else for a Steak. "

Thank you Chloe! I highly recommend the treatments there, and I'd love to return for another. I believe I was staying in an accessible room, which is of no issue to me, but I did not require one. Location was so convenient: 5 mins walk from New Street station and about 10 mins from Moor Street station....
