"Arrived at the property to find it not as listed, there wasn't a sofa bed in the lounge and no bedding available. Contacted vrbo rather than the host, that wasn't very helpful, took a long time to reply to messages. We left the property and didnt stay as not enough beds or bedding to sleep our fanily. Contacted the host the next morning. There was also numerous things we found that wasn't the luxury house as listed, coiled cables in corner of lounge, cable draped across the floor, dirty marked...
