The overall condition of the hotel needs to be updated. It is tired and needs new carpeting and decorating throughout. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had something for everyone on offer. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful.

Fantastic hotel, room was spotless, bed was very comfy. All the staff were fantastic and Sian who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Went for a concert at Villa Park and it was within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
