"No ocean view , staff was great , the ocean was very dirty and smelly sea weed everywhere rotting not enough pool chairs had to get up at 4 to get a chair the shuttle from front to back pool areas never really came around a lot of walking food was ok ,weather was good "

"Rooms were very nice with beautiful balcony. Lots of wildlife. The entertainment team was great. Pools were great too, quiet pool for relaxing and party pool for entertainment. Viridiana from the entertainment team was just the best. She made the trip so much more fun and special. Big shout out to her. Also Edith our server in the lobby and courtyard was wonderful as well! We really felt special. Highly recommend this resort"

"The property is well-kept and beautiful. The staff is helpful and polite. Unfortunately, like other Caribbean resorts the sargassum is terrible. Fortunately there were many great pools to choose from. We will be back with our grandsons next year. "

"The room was clean, loved the turn down service every night. The staff was phenomenal, always friendly! The pools were perfect, temperature was perfect. Loved the lazy river, loved the pool activities. Food and drinks were delicious! Would like to have had real ice cream on the property, my husband loves ice cream! The shows, game quizzes every night were top notch. We thought the floor in the lobby and down the stairs to the martini bar was kind of slick. Also some of the tiles and walkways around some of the pools were slippery. We saw someone fall by the lazy river. The beach was nice but it was unfortunate to have the sargasm on the beach, so we couldn't enjoy the water. "
