Property is very nice. They should more emphasis on customer interaction at the check in and check out desk. It was very insulting after check out when they told to take the ride from the main road. I walked all the way with my luggage to get on my Uber. I will suggest people to avoid the the advertisement of the oasis luxury whick killed my 3 hours for nothing. Also when any questions are asked at the desks there were no proper answers. Otherwise the property is amazing to stay. I suggest everyone to stay in that property.

The place is so nice and relaxing! We did the in Villa dining, spa, pool, deep sea fishing and the chef cooked it for us. The staff is truly amazing The airport shuttle is fabulous and so prompt and easy
Only cons is check in with Diana so condescending and no upgrades as stated by Expedia and everything closes at 10pm
If you are looking for a relaxing chill place that you will go to your room early this is for you!
