"Wonderful location. Walkable to the port along the waterfront in about 20 minutes. Taxis just outside the door and lots of wonderful restaurants in walking distance. "The hotel was easy to get to from the airport by taxi. Great location with many nice outdoor restaurants nearby. Safe area patrolled by the police. We were able to take the bus across the plaza from the hotel to the port for our day tour in Capri. The domestic train station is across the street from the hotel as well as the metro system. Our day tour for the Amalfi Coast met in front of the hotel. Overall very pleased with the choice of our hotel. "

"There are a lot of stairs to go up, the elevator is a single one from I think 1930 and I wouldn't trust it. No garbage pail in the room. It was difficult to find, through a big wooden door with no sign from the street. However, with this being said, I would still recommend it. It was very clean, free mini bar restocked everyday, right beside metro and train station and the people were great, very helpful. if you can overcome the stairs I would highly recommend it."

"I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."

"Staff are lovely but the 7th floor is like a dungeon. Rooms are old and not worth money paid. Air ducts are filthy, just about blocked and shower curtain needs to be replaced. Dinner and dining area was great. Piano playing, staff and food was excellent. "
