We had the most amazing honeymoon stay in Sorrento, with this as our home base. Our room overlooked the beach clubs, had high quality air conditioning, and was incredibly comfortable. The staff were very attentive, the included breakfast was exceptional, and we wished we could stay forever. We enjoyed the private elevator to the beach, priority line at Salvatore beach clubs, pool with bar service, and an evening drink on the patio overlooking the sea.

The location and the gardens were beautiful. Although we didn’t have the higher priced ocean views we did have a nice view of the fabulous gardens pool and city. The hotel is vintage but very clean and very well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic with both hot food fresh fruit, cereals and a wide variety of breads meats and pastries. The wait staff was very friendly and the view from the restaurant is amazing. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros: The hotel has a nice sea view and easy access to a swim area on the beach. It’s a short walk if you want to take a ferry to Capri or any of the Amalfi coast towns and not a far walk from the train station. Cons: The room came with a massive Jacuzzi tub that we wouldn’t use. The shower was extremely small due to the massive tub. Also, the iron was difficult to use as they have it attached to ironing board so you have less than a foot of cord to work with. Breakfast would’ve been better if they offered cooked bacon as the bacon they put out was raw.

This location is amazing! Directly on the water and halfway between the port and marina. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The pool area and gardens are beautiful. Half of the property is being renovated it didn’t affect our stay at all.
