"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our butler truly went above and beyond. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the beach access was perfect. The food and drinks were excellent, and we really enjoyed the entertainment—it added a fun touch to the experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return!"

"The room was very clean, the staff provided excellent service. The beach had a lot of sargassum but they did their best to clean it up. However I was disappointed in the view from my room. I paid for a junior suite ocean view king. But I DID NOT have ocean view. "

"Jungala is a very nice resort but it is too far away from everything. There are no amenities at the property itself and you have to either walk for a looooong time (15 mins plus) or take the shuttle to get to even basic stuff like coffee, food and drinks, not to mention restaurants, spa and beach/pool. The shuttle is only available upon call. Also, although the staff are very nice, they are not able to help with spa/ cabana / restaurant reservations or anything really. They kept telling me they would add to their Whatapp channel but they never did. On the whole, Vidanta is huuuuge and I would recommend staying at a hotel closer to the action like Grand Mayan, Bliss etc. rather than Jungala."

"Luis, Nico and the team at Villa Picon are exceptional and made our stay perfect. Incredible communication and willingness to work around our timing…and on top of that, the property is stunning. We could not have asked for a more beautiful stay. The plants inside the views, the cleanliness…sitting in the hot tub with the full moon reflecting on the ocean as we heard waves crashing…couldn’t have been better. My only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of the meals on site. We will be back to experience this beautiful place again. Thank you, again, Luis and team!"
