La habitación estaba súper bien👌 el personal muy atento y servicial, el único detalle al que yo le pondría un pero sería la alberca estaba un poco sucia, ya con esta vez van 4 años consecutivos que me hospedo en este hotel, sus colaboradores son muy amables

No sabían de mi reserva, me querían cobrar más, tardaron en darme la habitación, el baño no tenía agua, me cambiaron a otra y la cama estaba rota, me regresaron a la primera pero tiraron agua por todo el pasillo, la limpiaron con la puerta abierta y entraron moscos, de la regadera no sale agua. En general muy malo.
