"Our room was spacious and the fabrics were lovely. TV didn't work initially but the response was immediate and the problem resolved. All staff we encountered were very polite. "

"For me the hotel represents good value. I like the location by the river and there are plenty of places to eat and drink at within a 10 minute walk. The staff are great, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style but as with all buffets, it’s in the timing. Nice bar which we used as well. Not our first stay here and won’t be the last."

"Lovely hotel , staff very friendly room had everything we needed and tastefully decorated . Breakfast great and freshly cooked on order. Would have been nice touch to have had complimentary biscuits with our tea and coffee supply in our room like other hotel chains but apart from that we had a wonderful stay and will return."
