Lovely clean hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect location for transport. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I wish the room was a little bit bigger and the shower was a power shower, having said that loved having a kitchenette. Will definitely be staying again.

This hotel is very nice indeed. From the welcome at the front door to the breakfast crews everyone was very attentive.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was the shower tray wasn’t very deep so ran over onto the bathroom floor easily.
Excellent choices for breakfast as long as you are down by 9am after 9am things started running low or running out.

There were some partitions between beds but they didn’t extend to the ends so there was a lack of privacy, don’t understand why they don’t put partitions end to end. We were pleasantly surprised as it was very clean and had enough room for 3 people to fit comfortably a double bed and a pull out sofa all made up for us on arrival, 2 tvs 1 in bedroom and 1 in living area, hospitality tray with tea and coffee, we found the area nice and friendly and popped down the road to the Valencia cafe for food and close to Russell Square tube to get around London....
