"Clean room, friendly staff and a very good breakfast"

"Very old and the rooms look nicer online. Very small rooms with the bare minimum inside. Incredibly uncomfortable mattress and the pillows were soooo lumpy. The property is very old and really only the lobby looks good. There is only a small window that opened in our room."

We requested a drop off of our bags and were able to get an early check in. Staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a very positive experience. "

It was a full breakfast including the full English version, fruits, juices, cereals, and much more. --the water faucets in my room (No. 12) needed repair I will definitely stay at the Jesmond on my next trip to London."
