"Our stay was pretty good, except there was dead ladybugs all over the balcony and inside the door. The wifi was terrible, .8 of a megabyte was the highest we saw. The room had damage to furniture and was, the closet door was just hanging with a broken track. The pool had someone's wig hair chunks floating in it and some food that wasn't cleaned up. There would be water hoses in the pool and in the jacuzzi left on the it would over fill the jacuzzi and it was ice cold and same with the pool....

When we arrived the staff were amazing and not having to tip was good until we worked out how much and when, Waldorf doesn’t do tipping! The spa staff and restaurant staff were friendly and relaxed and very knowledgeable, however after four days the sheen faded, the spa’s jacuzzi not working whilst we were there both in men’s and ladies, spa closed for “work” on our last three days, no reduction or compensation, no lounge to relax in as rooms have no easy chairs and my partner and I wanted to...

As a solo female traveller, this was perfection - the front of house staff in particular were charming and helpful at all times, and at the eateries I tried, always friendly and super efficient. The room was fabulous, very clean and comfortable with a view of both the city skyline and lake. In addition, small thoughtful touches make it very user friendly such as "comfort lights" which come on in the dark from under the bed or dimly in the bathroom so you don't stub a toe or blind yourself with...

Really nice hotel and the staff were very helpful. I think I was expecting a bit more for the price charged - parking, breakfast were extra costs (which we knew when booking), but I think I'd hope they would have been included given the room rate
