"Fantastic view of the Tower of London. Self check in allows you to choose the type of view you want and which aspect you'd like your room to face which I think is great. Bed was very comfy. You can cast your phone to the tv to watch your own netflix etc"

"Th hotel is perfect if you are flying with BA as it's connected to terminal 5. They also have some great deals for upgraded rooms and dinner with wine in the restaurant that you choose."

"The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "
