"Terrible smoking issue. Checked in and the room smelt of weed. When I returned in the evening and the smell had got worse! I had reported it to reception on both occasions and nothing was done. I then woke up to a strong smell of someone smoking again in a nearby room! Oh and the room didn’t even have any toilet roll in it. Terrible night would never stay again "

"Hotel was great. Sone areas starting to look a little rundown. Shower needs a larger piece of glass its impossible not to get the floor wet. No plugs by the bed for phone charging. No conditioner in shower if that matters to you. Tv didnt work when we got there and i had to fix it myself very dusty behind the tv. Other than that the hotel is great, restuaunt and starbucks in the lobby, very convenient. Would stay again"

"Lovely position. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was lovely. Lovely hot shower and bath. The food was good. The communal areas (corridoors, stairs, carpets) were a bit tired in the older part of the hotel where our room was. Pool, steam room and jacuzzi were very good. Staff all pleasant and helpful. "
