"We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. "DO NOT STAY HERE. AND DO NOT USE EXPEDIA. Terrible experience. So much noise at night and no AC. The place is a mess, there was literal water running down the wall in the hallway. Go anywhere but here. Tried to cancel and they refuse to refund!"
