"The property was Modern and clean , staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the roof top terrace and the views across London , we couldn't use Madera as it was booked for a private party unfortunately but will definitely revisit as this looked a great place to relax and drink/eat."

"good size well equipped room but poor view for the extra money we paid. There was no lounge area to have a coffee. Even though we were residents we were refused entry to the bar on the 28 floor. Very disappointing and will not stay there again"

"Lovely modern property - room large and able to accommodate 3. Beds comfortable and bedding warm. Amazing views of park yet no traffic noise and no undue noise from corridors. Within walking distance of local amenities and close to 2 tube stations. Staff pleasant and accommodating"
"Lovely hotel, excellent central location for a visit to London, easy access to Covent Garden, theatre district, restaurants and sight seeing activities. Good value, staff helpful and efficient. This was our 5th visit to this hotel and we will definitely use it again."

"The location couldn't be better for someone who wants to see all the highlights of London. It is near 2 tube stations and a train station. The property was clean and modern and the staff were very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing hotel located minutes from Buckingham Palace. Staff and service were impeccable. We arrived at London Gatwick Airport and easily hopped on a train to Victoria Station, which is only a 15 minute walk to this property. Accommodations were charming and cozy but appropriate for just the two of us— room was cleaned daily at our request. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store just down the street, and across the street a DAM Covid testing site which is still a requirement to re-enter the USA- we received our results in the promised 2-hour window. Don’t miss the changing of the guard, currently MWF at 11am, get there early for a good view. We were also able to walk to Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben from here. There is a coach station across from Victoria Train station and you can find a platitude of tours originating from there too. The hotel has an afternoon tea that’s quite the experience as well as a full service restaurants which we had breakfast and dinner at. The Grill restaurant was superb, they even flambéd some dishes in front of your table. The hotel includes a 15 pound service charge per day which we thought was appropriate for the service we received. Service charges are also included in meals but there is also opportunity to tip further if you thought your experience exceptional. Highly recommend this charming hotel for its location and extremely professional and cheery staff!!"
