"Just stayed for 3 nights in B01, the basement room with kitchenette. Great location, quiet, housekeeping and remote staff were on it. You just have to appreciate the deal you’re getting for the location and the kitchenette. It’s older, but you’re in Hyde Park London. Gorgeous street, responsive team. The bedding could be softer, the pillows could be better, but for the price it was far beyond what I expected. Very safe and quiet with everything you need a quick walk away. "I booked the two top floor (4 bed) rooms for my sister's hen party and it was the best decision of the whole trip. The rooms were lovely and big, super clean and very comfortable. We checked in late in the evening after the receiption closed but they left really great, clear instructions on how to get in and the keysafe so it wasn't a problem at all.
