Pros: In one word EVERYTHING Dispite the hot weather, every employee greed you with a smile, they made you feel important FOOD "DELICIOUS"
Cons: 🤔🤔Nothing
Location: The location was great very close to shopping malls, one in front of the hotel(The ISLA and the KUKUCLAN MALL to the right of hotel)
Best hotel,with the greatest personal treatment. Every single employee always with a smile and good acctitude.lots of pools to go to and the greatest part is it was only ADULTS, nice an quiet.

Spa and relaxation type of hotel

My husband and I went there in August for our honymoon. The first time we walked into the hotel it took our breath Away. The spa type feeling of hotel and the beautiful soothing music to beautiful smell of the hotel is he reason why we would come back again and again The staff were all amazing people The restaurant were all romantic and beautiful. The pool and the beach was outstanding The all inclusive package was exactly what we wanted and how it worked for us honeymooners

Awesome adults only hotel close to the beach

Pros: Everything
Location: From the hotel you are just a short bus(1$) or cab ride (10$ but negotiable) to flee markets and downtown restaurants and clubs.
We had a great time on our girls trip! The staff is awesome a made sure we had everything we needed especially Valerie! Can't wait to go back again....for a 3rd time!! Love Live Aqua!!!

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: The staff ... they are exceptional!
Cons: Really, not much of anything. If anything, making all the restaurants inclusive but we like them all regardless.
Location: It's nice because the resort is very safe and if you want to venture off the property, there is a nice mall across the street.
This was our 5th time coming to Live Aqua. We LOVE everything about this resort. The staff goes over and above to make your stay special. We count down the days to when we can return!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy Cancun

I had a great time at Live Aqua. All the food, hospitality, and amenities were 5 stars. This hotel made my vacation the best I've ever had. Will be back soon!!

3rd visit in 15 months-another amazing experience!

Pros: It's the people who work at this resort that make the difference and will be the reason that we return and will continue to encourage others to visit.
Cons: My only recommendation would be to offer an upgraded house wine at the restuarants for aqua lovers/club members.
Location: Close to the airport, water sports and high end shopping close, beautiful beach
This was our 3rd visit to LA in 15 months & we continue to be amazed by the excellent service & warmth of the people who work here. I want to thank Dana & Valerie for helping us with any details and hosting us for the Chef's dinner. Danny was always looking out for us and doing special things to ensure we had a wonderful and memorable visit! Hector and Karla were amazing hosts at dinner and paid attention to every detail to delight us! We met Jonathan this trip and he was always around to what we needed too. German, Aminael and Andres were our servers on the beach all week and did an amazing job of keeping us "Hydrated" and happy! We laughed so hard with them & had so much fun! David, Jaime,Alexis, Walter & Erick were at the pool delivering exceptional service & went out of there way to walk over to take time to talk and learn about us. Javier, Nestor, Leonardo and Jorge always greeted us in the morning with a big smile to set up our cabanand daily foot massages-Elena was my fav masseause!. David and Edwin were amazing in Azur, along with Maru!! Lunch there was delighful overlooking the ocean. The food at this resort is top notch. We stayed eight nights this time, never left the property and never got bored with the food.We love the pools but spent almost every day on the beach where there was a nice breeze & beautiful blue ocean. We would come up to walk around the pools when we wanted to move/socialize. Everyone called us by name & made us feel special-AWESOME! Thank U!

Had a great experience. Staff were genuinely friendly and appeared to love their jobs. Enrique and Victor at the Aqua Bar made us feel at home. Roberto at the pool was incredible. Would return in a minute.

The Best hotel ever!

Pros: I like everything of the hotel, and the most favorite part is food.
Cons: If they give us a map of restaurants, that'd be better. I always looked for restaurants, like finding a treasure.
Location: It's a bit far from the airport. Close to downtown.
I visited Cancun twice, and previously I stayed a different hotel. The different hotel was not bad, but this one is incredibly awesome. Friendly staff, nice condition, and the most important thing is food. The choice of all inclusive hotels should depend on their food. This hotel provides us with very high quality food. Even their buffet restaurant is so good. In addition, they use good quality liquors, not cheap and bad one. Overall, this hotel is amazing and I really recommend you to stay here.
