Love this hotel

This was our 4th trip to the Zilara. We love hotel, the food, beach and mostly the staff. Only criticism this trip was the air conditioning in our room not fully working properly but they gave us a personal air conditioner and that helped.

Truly Paradise!

Pros: The beach was amazing. The food is excellent as are the drinks. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Cons: Nothing, it's truly Paradise
From the moment you check-in to the moment you check-out you're treated like your the only person staying at the hotel.

Best vacation ever!

The Hyatt Zilara Cancun exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful, and informative. Top notch customer service. Food was great at every restaurant we patronized. There were a variety of restaurants to attend. Loved the premium mini bar in the rooms. The spa service was excellent and relaxing. The resort was very clean and picturest. The pools were great. We stayed in a swim up room and it did not disappoint. Well worth it. The beach on the property was awesome and clean. We saw a sea turtle laying eggs at night. The 24 hr lounge was perfect to go to especially after being out all night drinking. It had enough of an option to satisfy you instead of calling room service. Room service was also amazing. We did several tours that were really exciting. Coco bongo was a great time and something everyone should experience. We are definitely coming back and recommending the Hyatt zilara cancun.

We Have never been so pampered by a hotel staff.

Pros: proximity to beach and the staff very helpful and pleasant....The food was exquisite
Cons: We went in August, a very humid sticky sweating time... maybe more air conditioning on patio
Location: all excursions where with in driving distance. / public transit
First time to Cancun, could not have asked for a better hotel to introduce us to an all inclusive pampering expierince

We love this hotel! Maria marie is the best restaurant. All the staff are great - we will be coming back for sure!!

Every room faces the ocean

This was our second time staying with this chain of hotels. Our last vacation was very good and this one was even better. Highly recommend this place. The staff are amazing and the room was perfect.

Traditional and Modern Hotel

Location: Downtown is only minutes away. However, if you want to go to downtown at night, it'll take much longer because of traffic.
I came with a group of 9 and when we arrived, they greeted us with drinks and a warm towel for our hands. Personnels were willing to accommodate us by giving us rooms next to each other.! All the rooms were suites in the middle of the hotel and had an amazing view of the pool & ocean. We went to get a couples spa. It was amazing and I loved it. The spa steam room, jacuzzi and sauna room were great. Of all the restaurants I've been to here, my favorite is the Buffet. PROS: 1. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room were great. Our room keeper made sure we were comfortable. 2. There were many pools. I love how the pools were separated. One side had a DJ Booth and the other side was quiet and relaxing for those who enjoy the calmness. The side that has a DJ booth also has a pool volleyball net. 3.Staff were friendly and were always getting our drinks quickly. 4. There is a 24 hour arcade room (ping pong, pool, jenga, poker/cards). This is great especially for those who don't sleep at night. In the arcade room, there are also snacks and drinks (alcohol & non alcoholic drinks). CONS: 1. There is only one swim up bar in the whole pool area and is located near the quiet side of the pool. 2. The hotel has a high ceiling with fans and does not have air conditioner in the main lobby. 3. The air conditioner in our room were too strong. We tried to adjust it but it did not work.

Location: Beautiful balcony view! Shopping.
Awesome hotel staff. Restaurants need better A/C.

Excellent service however....

Excellent service and hotel. Food was amazing however, the a/c in 3 rooms that I was moved to was 80 degrees F. They reimbursed my whole hotel stay so that was great :)
