"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel & staff very efficient, friendly & helpful. Gigi the lady who checked us in was very helpful. Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty, if we’d stayed more than one night I would have got it looked at. The shower doesn’t have a door as such & the water goes all over bathroom floor which could make it slippery, it either needs a door or the shower tray should be deeper. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice & variety. "

"Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent location to major London attractions. Very walkable to all you need. Plus major transportation, train, if you need to go to other areas of London. Airport is about 2 hours away by car."
