The doorman was great and very helpful with directions and information on local places to eat and visit. The staff in general were all very pleasant and always glad to help. "Where to begin? The room was extremely tired and the cleanliness was poor. There were: people’s pubes on the sheets, one of the towels had old black gum stuck to it, hairs in the bath, there was a suspicious brown drip stain underneath the toilet roll holder. I was in a non smoking room and it stank of stale smoke (presumably because the carpet was about 25 years old). The bathroom had black mould growing on the silicon. but i can’t blame the cleaners for giving up. There’s only so much polishing of a turd you can do. "
