"Lovely hotel in great location"
Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Amazing cocktails in the bar and lovely breakfast with lots to choose from. Really couldn't fault anything at this hotel.

"Family weekend in Birmingham"
Great location for the Barclaycard Arena and shopping. Good size room with very comfortable beds. Air conditioning unit successfully cooled the room. A little noisy as a big unit that worked well - but ear plugs were a great solution. Asked for a quiet room and very pleased with room at the end of the corridor well away from the lifts etc. Heard no noise from the traffic or other guests so great nights sleep. Loved the shops and evening atmosphere in Birmingham. Good breakfast and overall clean room and pleasant stay.

"3rd time staying here with friends."
Hotel is lovely and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Was shown to our room by one of the staff. Although I've stayed here before I still thought it was a nice gesture. Stayed in a two bedroom which was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

"Excellent location in Birmingham centre"
Overall an ok experience. It was good value for money considering the excellent location for shops, bars and restaurants and hand for the train station too. Hotel did have a weird meat fat smell to it and the room was very basic. Could do with modernising and updating soon. Would return due to location.

"Good for last minute"
Worth what was paid, but receptionist could not really speak very good English, made life that little bit harder and she didn't really seem to know what she was doing.

"Self catering accommodation in central location "
Had 1 night's stay. Reasonably priced compared with other available last minute accommodation. Central location right next to New Street Station which was a plus. It was a good clean bachelor pad. No complaints here.
