"This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!"

The room was clean and the hotel stay included free access to the gym/fitness centre which was a lot better than could be reasonably expected, as well as a jacuzzi and a steam room. The pool was out of order and I didn't try the breakfast as I had an early morning for an event but would definitely stay again if I'm in the area"

"I didn’t think it was 4 star hotel, carpet was dirty and walls are scuffed, restaurant was ok, but service wasn’t great. Bathroom is the newest and nice, bed is very comfortable though"
