"The property is immaculately maintained. Unlimited options for food and activities especially for the kiddos. Food is very good for all inclusive, staff were all friendly and helpful with the exception of front desk staff. At check out, the kids and wife already removed their wristbands so they're not showing in the photo shoot we booked. Front desk attendant refused to allow checkout without them, asked me to go back to the room and search through the trash for them. Ruined an otherwise wonderful experience. Not what I expected from a 4 diamond AAA resort. P.S. decline the extra credits for the "presentation" very pushy and borderline harassing."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel has many strong points. Pros: The hotel is very large, beautiful, and well maintained. The grounds were always clean, and the rooms were cleaned several times a day, which was very pleasant. We liked the variety of restaurants and the selection of food. Although not every dish suited our taste, the overall choice was truly extensive. The pools deserve special praise. The water was clean, the pools were beautiful, and the depth was very comfortable for both adults and children. Our kids absolutely loved the children’s pool and the water slides. We also enjoyed the saltwater pool, which is filled directly with water from the ocean. This is a unique and very interesting feature of the hotel. We would also like to highlight the children’s playground. The kids spent a lot of time there and were very happy, while the parents could relax nearby. Cons: We would have liked to see more variety in the food and a more service system at the buffet. For example, for cheese, certain vegetables, and some other items, guests need to ask the staff for assistance, which is not always convenient. We also felt that the hotel lacked evening entertainment. After dinner, the choice of activities is quite limited, so evenings can feel a bit boring. It would be great to add more evening shows, live music, or other entertainment programs for guests. Overall, this is a very good family hotel with beautiful grounds, excellent pools, and friendly service."

"This is our second stay at excellence resort. First one was in Punta Cana, three weeks later we tried the one in Mexico. Our stay at this resort was absolutely exceptional. Every aspect exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful accommodations and outstanding service to the delicious food and beautiful surroundings. The staff made us feel truly welcome, and every detail was handled with care. We had a perfect vacation and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mexico. Fernando Guevara the hotel manager, Benjamin the waiter from magma, Mauricio the chef, and EDWIN the waiter are the BEST."
