The service at the Majestic was exceptional. All staff throughout the hotel, at the bars and the restaurants provided excellent service, always very nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious and comfortable beds. Anai our room steward always made sure our room was clean, she was the best!! Majestic really stands out for their service model. We have stayed at many hotels in Cancun but Majestic goes beyond by providing butler service. Our butler, Derian provided exceptional service. He made sure we were happy from the moment we checked in. He made sure we had everything we needed until the last day. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

We just returned from a 5 night stay and the resort was amazing. We loved that our room had a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, huge balcony, and direct access to the kids pools. The girls who run the kids club did a fantastic job with all the kids and were actively engaged in entertaining them with different activities every day.
