"The apartment was clean and comfortable, quite large for Europe, but we did have trouble with the phone and wifi not working. There is no one on site to assist, however we were able to speak to other guest and were able to use the wifi. The phone never did work and we did need to use it so it was a problem. I emailed and reported it but never received a response. I would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing stay at the Native!"

"This is my fourth time staying at The Bankside in the last 7 months. It is hands down my favourite hotel in London. Impecably clean, great location, staff is super nice they’ve become family. Normally I travel with my sons, this time I travelled by myself and they remembered me and asked about my sons and sent their regards. Walking distance to 3 Tube Stations, Tate Museum and yummy Borough Market. And their breakfast buffet is amazing!! Will continue to comeback!! "

"A beautiful facility. Room size very large for London. A little pricy, but again it’s London. Close to Tower Bridge area including many pubs. Fifteen minute walk to London Bridge station and Borough Market. "

"View was amazing, apartment was amazing, had a wonderful time in London and was so nice to come back to the apartment to relax outside and enjoy the multiple views all around the apartment! Love the whole process of entering exiting, oh and did I mention the views 🤗"

"Property was good. Tricky to find but nice one you found it. Picking up the keys from a liquor store makes no sense and really owners should correct that. Toilets dont flush properly. Overall i would reccomend this property."

"We would definitely recommend staying here. Lovely comfortable room with very comfortable bed. Great bathroom/shower and quality bathrobes. Would be simpler if the wi fi password was available on a card in the room rather than have to scan a barcode as not everyone is very conversant with this facility. Good location near the elephant and castle area and a good bus stop just outside. We would stay here again "

"I like to start a review with the positive.I enjoyed that the premises were renovated warehouses on the river. My room had a great view. It was challenging to get a king room with a walk in shower. The beds were smaller than advertised however they were comfortable. Maybe I am just spoiled with the US counterparts. The front desk team was very helpful for the most part. One young woman, who helped me with my room, really stood out but I did not get her name. The breakfast was the meal I had...
