"Excellent location. 5 min walk to Elephant and Castle tube. I easily walked to Waterloo and Victoria......and I'm 57 !! The area felt safe and i really liked the local colour - especially the Colombian restaurants. One just around the corner did an excellent breakfast. Despite the busy location i found it very quiet. The flat itself was in decent condition though the exterior etc could hsve done with a lick of paint - but if you are not too concerned with the looks then this is a very...
