Simple accommodation of the best sort: clean, efficient, comfortable. Excellent idea to have tea and coffee available in the breakfast area at all times. And breakfast itself was just right in what it offered. Friendly staff too. All in all excellent value for money.

The hotel was well sited for us and the indoor car park next door was very bright, safe and clean. The rooms were clean, quiet and child-friendly. We even invited our family to dine with us there. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel close to Westfield and its shops and transport. Excellent for trains to the O2 for a gig. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and the breakfast was excellent We would definitely stay again

This was the (almost) perfect place to stay and we'll definitely be back. We were upgraded to a triple room as we had requested a quiet room. The room was modern, clean and comfortable (and quite spacious for a London hotel) and breakfast the next morning was plentiful and set us up for the day. The hotel is only a short walk from both Pimlico and Victoria stations. All of the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Nice location and nice room. Really good staff and service and room very comfortable. Everything is well organised. If I have to be critical, there was no free wi-fi and £12 for 24 hours seemed a bit steep. I was only there for a single night but longer stays would be either without wi-fi or quite expensive for access

A little gem right on Camden lock.. well done Holiday Inn express from our arrival to us checking out an leaving the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or attentive to our needs.sretting thru the the front glass doors into a fresh smelling bright and airy reception .. with a coffee/snack bar and complimentary water st ation. The rooms were great size with 2 very comfortable king size beds . Powerful shower over bath with nice bath /shower get and hair products wonderful biight...

Very nice hotel conveniently situated for Olympia, which we were going to. We liked the mini kitchen - a brilliant idea! Very good value for money. We would recommend, & come again if needing accomodation in this area of London. Thankyou.

This is a truly charming and welcoming place. We arrived in the very early hours, almost at dawn, having flown in to Gatwick on a slightly delayed flight. Booked in advance and having contacted the owner they arranged everything perfectly for us, including adding an extra bed which was made up in advance and looked very cosy. I was very satisfied with this hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious, well equipped and very well decorated. This is reall good value for money and the hotel staff are friendly, curtious and very helpful. I wil definitely stay with this hotel again

Had a one night stay the hotel was clean and tidy the staff very helpful, had a meal in restaurant which was lovely but I would have liked a couple more options.breakfasts was very good parking although only a couple of minutes walk was easy enough only problem I had it would not recognise my reg no so had to put in manually on leaving
