"Quite a step up from a hotel, with fully working kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. View from balcony was nice. Friendly check in experience. Good central location near the Underground allowed us to get to most sites within a half hour."

"Great hotel for families. Large family room with fabulous views from the balcony. Free breakfast for kids made it worth paying for as its rather expensive otherwise. Handy location for the Minecraft Experience if driving. Rooms are a little tired but a solid 4 star overall."

Comfortable bed and pillows-we slept well. WiFi good. We would have liked another chair in the room, plastic glasses for water and heating in the bathroom. A safe would also be useful-I did spot some in reception-as we were leaving!!!!"
