Nice property on the river with free boat ride across the river to explore additional options. Good transportation connectivity to main attractions. Traveling with young kids they were kind enough to accommodate us for early check-in and late check-out. Everything was good except the AC that had issues during our stay but that was temporary I believe.

We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised - the beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious - I was very happy it was a 2 room setup! There was a nice TV in each room, charger for each bed but no glassware/cups. The balcony was great but could be a risk for small children and the lock to it was broken, also the air conditioning wasn't working but considering it was September it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back if I needed to do London in the winter months!

The Hostel was good value for money. The price of the room was very reasonable. The major concern was the way the fire alarm emergency was handled( or not handled) safety must always be priority . I’m not sure it was.

Very helpfull staff all the rooms were very clean only thing that was a lillte difficult was that they did not offer any lunch or dinner opptions or ways for you to sort out you own food so u would have to go to other sites or restonts but they do offer a free ferry that is very helpfull

The location is amazing. The proximity to the thames crossing and transportation was great. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Rude. Lies. Unlike other hostel properties, they have no kitchen, or way to fill a water bottle, which would be OK, if they didn't want to charge high end prices to use their vending machines. Everything is broken.

Staff were pleasant and some very helpful, buffy breakfast is available very tasty and there are options the issue I had was it was the same option every day so if you're there for 5 +days like I did you don't want to eat the same thing every morning. Location and access to transportation is excellent. There is a free shuttle outside of the hostel ( it's not a hotel). Which takes you to the bus, Uber boat or tube ( train). Restaurants, museums, everything within close distance. Negative: room cleaning has to be requested however during my 6 night stay I requested room cleaning twice and no one came both times, so I had to get my own clean towels and garbage bags myself. I made the staff aware and the explanation was it was uploaded to the front desk even though my request was done at the front desk because I was having issues with the app. I would recommend this place only because of the location and being able to get to places easily and the fact that it's located not far away from all the tourists attractions via Uber boat.
