"Fast contact! I worried about apt check in but the lady was so fast to contact and she generously checked in early. Room was not like hotel but it was fine for family travel. There were a couple of convenient stores and very nice restaurants near apt. We could enjoy tower bridge pictures everydays. It was really a comfortable for family travel. If you want to get hotel-like experience it will be contraindicated."
