"My expectation was far exceeded with my 6 day stay at this beautiful hotel. I wanted a small hotel that wasn’t too crowded. This place was exactly what I needed, the owners were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the day we arrived until the day we left. The ambiance of hotel is luxury comfort. The hotel smells amazing when you walk in! The dogs are friendly and cute. I would highly recommend staying here. I will surely stay here again if I go back to the Dominican Republic Sosua area."

"Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. "

"Our room was never cleaned and we didn’t get fresh towels during our stay. There was nowhere to get drinking water or refill our water bottles, and yet it was unsafe to drink the tap water. Other than that, our room was beautiful and we had a lovely time. I wasn’t aware that we would get the vacation club ask… "

I came here for my Babymoon and many of the staff members were super helpful with accommodations and supporting me. Love that everything is walkable and the beach is beautiful! Lots of daily activities and for sure family friendly. I would for sure stay here again! "

"the property, Hotel Grand Laguna, was located close to the beach & the Grotto service was excellent / friendly. The room had no hot water, a towel bar was down, 2nd bathroom shower was broken, a light was out, and no flyer for nothing (places to eat, see, shop, etc.)"

"We were able to drink the water at the property that they served to us without any stomach issues. I liked that they gave us extra waters and towels when we asked for them. I liked that they had different food options at the buffet, but some of it was bland. The food could be better but it didn’t ruin our experience. I’d say that guests need to do a better job at picking up after themselves at the beach because they just left their trash when there’s a trash can around every corner. We couldn’t...
