"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff.
