The Confres plam hotel is only one of the hotels on the property which is the low end, which needs updating. However the resort has other hotels on the property that are much nicer and well maintained and the restaurants are much better.

Everything was amazing. The food is good. I didn’t like Casablanca buffet just my preference. Snack bars are good. Staff is amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here. VIP is amazing. If you can afford it get it!

The property is very outdated, we heard everything that was going on in the room next to us. Our shower head came loose several times and the a.c didn't work.They make it seems as if you have access to all the restaurants on the property, but you don't. The location is perfect and so is most of the stafff

The lounging bed cabanas on the sand with views of the ocean were comfortable and beautiful. The food was delicious. Angelica, the concierge, was professional and very attentive in addressing questions that I had. I would return to this resort.

The moment I arrived I fell in love with cofresi palm beach. All the staff are so nice and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and so spacious. I have no complaints! If you want WiFi access 24/7 it’s by the beach beds. Personally I didn’t care to have WiFi I came to enjoy my vacation and disconnect myself from the world and social media. I enjoyed my 4 days and 3 nights with my kids. Leaving was such a bittersweet moment but I’ll for sure be back again! Este resort le da 100 mil pata a playa bachata pa Que lo sepan.

A lot of walking required or wait for shuttle bus. No night life with club and music. Not much to do besides swim. Didn't like the beach big rocks inside the water.
