"This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! "

"The gated community feels safe and is great for morning runs. Plus, you’re just a couple of minutes walk from the beach for breaks. The apartment is functional, with a kitchenette to cook your own meals, and the cleaning staff is solid. Great value. ​ The vibe and furniture are basic, not a 'luxury boutique' feel, but for functionality and price, it’s unbeatable."
